Before production begins, you'll receive a mockup for approval. Any additional customisation costs will always be discussed with you beforehand — no surprises.

Every request is reviewed to ensure it works well alongside the official Jāņu Festivāls artwork displayed on the front of the mug.

During busy periods or seasonal events, replies may occasionally take a little longer.
